Mish Liyanage – Partner/Director

Mish is a Chartered Management Accountant and has a MBA (Specialisation in Finance and Business Process Improvement) . Having had initial training at Ernst & Young, Mish has more than 20 years of experience working at Finance Director/Financial Controller level in various industries from accountancy, manufacturing, banking, property, consultancy, recruitment and service sector organisations. At present, he is working as an outsourced Finance Director for more than 10 businesses providing both financial and strategic direction.

Mish’s areas of expertise lies in managing and controlling the finances of various businesses from sole traders to large limited companies. This includes, monthly accounts, variance analysis, personal, partnership and corporate tax returns. Mish also has wide ranging experience of budgeting and KPI development, cash flow and credit management, business rescue, recovery and insolvency studies, strategic corporate planning, supply chain management studies, Six Sigma, efficiency improvements, corporate finance & treasury management and due diligence.

Keli Buck – Manager, Taxation

 

Keli Buck is a Chartered Certified Accountant, member of the ACCA and has a degree in Business Management and Finance.

Keli specialises in tax and VAT but also has extensive working knowledge of variance analysis, cash flow budgeting and management. She also has extensive practical experience and knowledge in the preparation of statutory accounts and oversees the final accounts activity. Her experience in financial departments of companies of varying sizes gives her vital working knowledge of day-to-day business practices. Currently Keli works with all our clients tax matters and helps them to reduce their tax bills where possible. She also holds a Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice (CeMaP) as specified by the Financial Services Authority.

Rob Flint – Manager, Bookkeeping & Business Development

Rob Flint has a wealth of operational and management experience having worked in a wide range of business environments from retail and service to warehousing, storage and distribution.
This variety of experience uniquely positions Rob with the ability to achieve significant business improvement through efficiency drives, process development and strategic implementation.
Rob has an honors degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Salford, succeeded in achieving full membership of the AAT and is a CIMA passed finalist.

Shalini Bandara – Trainee Accountant

Shalini Bandara is an accountancy graduate who is training to be an accountant in the firm. With extensive experience in book keeping, bank reconciliation and credit control she is working towards completing ACCA qualification.

Dave Bignell – Trainee Accountant

Dave Bignell is a trainee Management Accountant currently working towards his CIMA Qualification. He also has a degree in Maths and Management from the University of Manchester and extensive experience of customer service.
